Brand Manager - Prague

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the growth of our beauty brands in international markets, driving strategy and innovation in a fast-paced, expanding environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Strategic brand management – develop and implement long-term brand strategies in alignment with company goals
  • Market research and competitive analysis – identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
  • Brand portfolio expansion – plan new products, launch strategies, and pricing models
  • Launch campaign planning – drive brand activation, media strategies, and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing
  • Collaboration with the sales team – optimize pricing, distribution, and product presentation
  • External partnerships – coordinate with agencies, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Financial accountability – manage P&L, budget planning, and analyze return on investment (ROI

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management (ideally in cosmetics, FMCG, or the luxury segment)
  • Strategic and analytical thinking – ability to work with data and translate insights into business decisions
  • Creative approach – capable of generating new ideas and effectively implementing them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you will be a key partner for both internal and external collaboration
  • Experience with P&L and budget management
  • Fluent English (additional language is an advantage)
  • Fluent Czech

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team in daily operations, travel planning, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the CEO & Management
– Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and materials
– Prepare presentations and meeting notes
– Handle ad hoc tasks from the CEO

Business Travel & Events
– Plan international travel and team offsites
– Coordinate logistics for board workshops

Admin & Office Operations
– Process invoices and contracts
– Oversee office-related tasks and internal workflows

Company Fleet Management
– Schedule servicing, tire changes, and cleaning
– Manage toll passes, fuel cards, and occasional car transfers
 

Job requirements

  • You’re highly organized and great at planning
  • You communicate professionally and work well with different people
  • You have experience with administration and travel coordination
